If you have something else to donate, contact us to let us know so we can see if we or one of our partner organizations can use it.
We have a unique way of handling scholarship requests. We do not allow partcipants to play for free, but rather we give them jobs. Our Work-to-Play program empowers parents who are out of work, and high school students who can't get money from their parents, to give to their community while also gaining valuable work experience as coaches and referees, and helpers setting up and cleaning up fields.
By sponsoring a work-to-play player, you make a way for them to work AND play. $50 sponsors one recreational soccer player or tennis player for a season. $250 sponsors a club soccer player.
Our LEAD high-shool interns gain work experience as coaches in our summer sports-camps, and also gain leadership, life-skills and community service training. Each intern is paid a modest stipend for their participation. $1500 sponsors the cost of one of these interns.
